Just got the Cobb Accessport for the MS6 today. After the install and a couple of ignition cycles I must say that I am impressed.
The car now holds boost to redline and just feels so much more alive through the entire powerband. I'll hold final observations until I have a chance to really drive the car a bit.
Did some quick datalogs tonight and there is a bunch more power to be squeezed out of these Cobb tunes. My AFR's are in the low 10's to low 11's with zero knock.

I got the map from http://www.mzdspd.com .
I am currently running the 91 octane Stage 2+ SRI FMIC map and I do have the ITV22 plugs in right now.
The map isn't perfect since it is not tuned for the inlet pipe or exhaust manifold, but it is the best I've got for now until protuner is releassed. I've been doing some datalogging and so far I have not seem any KR, drastic boost spikes, or high AFR's.

Ordered AP.. need to install Denso Iridium spark plugs
I just ordered the AP. I have the Denso ITV22 plugs and I am ready to install. How hard is it to change the plugs? Obviously... remove the intercooler if you have a top-mount. Can you give me any tips?

Easy to do. Remove TMIC, unbolt the coils (10mm if I remember correctly), swap plug. TMIC removal takes the longest... whole job took me about 30 min and that was my first experience with the TMIC.
I installed the ITV22's also- I am running stock (for now) and the car definitely runs smooth and strong.
Good luck to you and welcome to the club!

I would sugest that while you are in there you strech the springs. Other than that things went very smoohly with the plug install. Not very difficult at all.

The stock TMIC is really very easy to remove. My 3.5 inch ETS is a much bigger pain. It comes off nice and easy but does not like to go back on.... makes me want a FMIC. Question, why is it necessary/desirable to stretch the springs? Also, I assume it would be a good idea to use anti-seize on the plugs and maybe some dielectric grease???
Stretching the springs helps to ensure a better connection to the plug. Some people have said that it helps with engine studder others don't think it does anything, but it doesn't hurt anything and is very simple.
