Drunk drivers..... Ever notice that when they crash into another car the other person/people get the bad end of the stick and the drunk has minor cuts and bruises.
Mebe if we all drove drunk no one would die.

Back on topic though. I got to race the lincolns twin ('86 TownCar and same color)all the way down the hills from black hawk. I have to give it to that big boat but it does good. 45-50 the entire way down with a few turns going about 35-40. Made me miss my car and kinda amazed me that the 8 would take some of those doing 80 no problem.

In that race I got to say that I was the better driver than the guy in the other lincoln. I had to press my brakes on a few turns because he couldn't handel them and I would ended up glued on his rear bumper.

So....who was in the teal blue 2010 MS3 today that challenged a guy in a white STi?

I'm told the MS3 driver was an older guy with a full Santa beard....

My thoughts exactly.

I was challenged the other day by a dumbass in a Tacoma. AN F-ING TACOMA!! Don't get me wrong -- love the truck, but jeez.

And a guy in a CLK430 tried to play the other day, too. Then an S80 yesterday.

Didn't bite on anything. It's the holidays.

The V8 is a 300 HP car, but it also weighs 4100 lbs. I don't know which version this was, though...debadged. LOL.

You can have all the power you want. But if the car is fat it won't go anywhere. I kinda laugh wen people are like my car puts down 300whp. Yeah but it's twice as heavy as my car.

Yep, which is why the Camaro SS is > the G8 GXP or Challenger SRT-8. Same HP, but 500 lbs lighter.

Also why a stock Evo destroys me...almost the same HP, but 400 lbs lighter. :(

Yep. I bet if I have Andrew run my car down the 1/4 it'll hit 15.9 easy. There has to be close to 100lbs difference between us.

Yea I ran a newer Impala SS a while back. 303hp but 3700+ lbs and automatic. I was putting down 199whp stock and we were dead even.

You should have absolutely smoked him....Impala SS runs a low-seven second 0-60, you run under 6.

Part of it was that I didn't realize what it was and didn't even know we were going to race until we were already moving and he was keeping up. If I had been trying from the start I'm sure I would have pulled a car or two on him.
