Challenged by a riced-out IS300 today. Saw him coming from behind a mile or so back, with his aftermarket, too-blue HIDs. Heard his fart-can when he stopped beside me at a light. Limo-tint prevented me from seeing who/what was driving, though I thought I saw a ball cap turned sideways. LOL. Who does that? Who takes a classy, luxurious car and turns it into a rice-mobile?

The IS300 is a 4-door Supra? Well, I know it's a 3.0L 6 cylinder with 215 HP stock....

Don't believe roomers made up by a punk like him. Someone got their panties in a bunch because it was more power than his car ever made. So instead of being a man and saying “nice job”! to the car owner in question, he just bashed and made up lies as usual.
Funny how anyone can believe him and all of his lies and bullsh*t.
But hey, the world needs sheep right?

LOL IS300's are NOT 4-door Supras. Their engines is the same basic thing, but the big difference is it isn't turbo. It's 3 liter 24v DOHC straight 6, only 215bhp. Not turbo, internals are completely different, different block, different cams, different head, different everything. Yes, a 1JZ or 2JZ-GTE will drop in with minimal modification, but they didn't come with Supra engines.

Only because you asked....
First some back story:
I have a friend in Phoenix with a 2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra with a ported Eaton blower, smaller pully, CAI, bunch of other stuff. He puts down a consistent 505-510-rwhp ALL THE TIME. He car is dead nuts consistent. He's dyno'ed it over 40 times, literally.
There was some drama in Phoenix about a shop (UMS Tuning) that uses DynaPacs (the kind that you remove the wheels and they bolt directly to your hubs) read very optimistic. Tony (owner of said Cobra) got his car tuned on a Mustang Dyno, which is always said to read the lowest. So Tony took his Cobra to UMS to have it dyno'ed on their DynaPacs.
He put down an amazing One rear-wheel horsepower more (at 506-rwhp I believe) than the Mustang dyno. Bottom line- this DynaPac was calibrated right.
So I dyno'ed on said DyanPac's at UMS Tuning. I did 302-rwhp @ 9psi.
When I went to MAC on Saturday, my very first pull, I did 301-rwhp and slightly more torque (due to new timing) at 10psi to compensate for altitude.
So there ya go. I know MAC's dyno isn't optimistic. Instead I believe it was someone who got their panties in a bunch about someone else's dyno numbers. A number is still just a number...I always say and still believe that as long as your car feels fast and does what you want, who cares what it puts down?

Meh, let's just drop the MAC thing -- this club is best kept drama-free.
And I kinda figured the IS300 wasn't really a 4-door SUpra, since I left it about a bus length behind.
