I can only assume that my former tuner either a)had a faulty wideband, or b)made a few changes to the tune after the last pull/prior to pulling it off his dyno, or c)somehow the tune "slipped". Regardless, I have no idea how long it's been running that lean, but it is a true testament to the detonation resistance of E85 that I'm not buying a new motor right now. I considered that maybe my fuel filter was clogged or something of that nature, but after tuning, my IDC's were right where they should (76% at 19psi on E85 w/811cc injectors, note that ethanol requires ~30% more fuel than gasoline under WOT) be at the boost/AFR levels I am running on E85, leading me to believe my fuel system is in good running order.
Either way, at the recommendation of my new tuner (Nick at MAC Autosport), I decided to ditch my AP V1 (for reasons I'll not mention here) and instead let him tune my car via OpenECU. With the same boost pressure (19psi), and MUCH richer AFR's (low 11's), he made a bit more power across the entire powerband. I was very impressed to say the least. Although, Nick was actually shooting for higher boost pressures (20-21psi), that we weren't able to attain (my previous tuner had the same issue), and since we didn't have a smaller "pill" (to put inside the line running to the wastegate) to help my OEM BCS out, we were pretty much stuck with 19psi peak. Although Nick believes with either a smaller pill, or either a 3-port BCS/Hallman MBC, tuning for 1-2psi more boost, we can make an additional ~15whp or so. I'll likely be picking up a 3-port BCS, retuning, and posting results not too long from now.
This is what we came up with:

^^^Since dyno numbers really don't mean a damn thing when compared to other dynos, for reference, these kind of power levels at Bandimere should equate to trap speeds exceeding 106mph, which with a good 60ft & shifting should be good for high 12's. I know a couple guys with STI's (so same gearing/powerband on stock turbo) on MAC's dyno that made right at 340whp, and at Bandi were trapping 108-109mph for reference (running 12.6-12.9 ET's).
On another note, I can no longer recommend anyone to Adam at Revolutions, for various reasons, besides just my car running a LOT leaner than it should have... thank goodness for det resistant ethanol. For anyone that doesn't know, Subie's on pump gas are usually tuned between 11.0-11.5:1, and on E85, even 12:1 is considered aggressive... leaner than 13:1 under 19psi is WAY more aggressive/dangerous than I would want on my daily driver. Beyond that, asking the guy questions almost never led to direct responses, could never get a response via PM (on Pirates) or email ect.
Along with selling my AP V1, I'm also going to finally break down and buy another laptop (haven't had one in years, since my old one was damaged in Iraq), a tactrix cable, download OpenECU software (it's free!), pick up an LM-1 WB02 so I can datalog AFR's, and learn to tune my car myself, or at least datalog more often. I've tuned with piggybacks in the past, but never anything flash based, so I'm sure it will be an interesting learning experience.
Just felt like sharing. Have a good one!

P.S. there was no cool down period/cheater bag of ice on the TMIC in the final pull. Final numbers were after multiple WOT pulls with no cool down.
