The wastegate solenoid was not damaged, so that was a waste of money, it did not change anything.
AFter more diagnosing, I found a shorted wire to the solenoid (which must have happend during my turbo install)... I could not figure anything out more than that, I am not an electrical genius, so I gave up, and took the car to Mazda to be properly diagnosed.. with my mods on..
They found a blown relay, and a short in the solenoid wire. They fixed that, but still had a CEL (P0246).. After further testing, they have determined that my solenoid control portion of my ECU is FRIED,,!! Quote was alittle over $900 for a new one...
Luckily, I found an exact match ECU in a junkyard in Ohio for $200 today!! And Jordan will do the FC flash AND the fuel cut flash for me at no additional charge (besides the fuel cut flash charge, $35)..
All in all, this problem has been a HUGE one that ended up affecting many parts on my car, but hopefully will be resolved with the new ECU. I will update more once the new ECU is installed...

Sucks to hear about your ECU, but I'm glad you were able to find a cheaper one. Maybe this will be the last of your problems for awhile. (Crossing Fingers)

UPDATE 01/15/08
Man, my stress levels these past few days have gone off the charts... Heres the latest..
Received ECU on Wednesday, dropped the car off at 11am. Clark says "Should be about 2 hours to reprogram the ecu and get everything up and running"..
2 hours later: "Uh, we cant get the new ecu to accept programming of the keys, and there is still a P0246 code (related to wastegate solenoid). I may need 2 more hours, we'll try to see what we can do, but right now, we are at a loss."
3 hours later: "Eric, we cant get it to work. Even tried to reinstall old ecu, and the keys wont program either. There is a holy hell of a mess of wires under the dash. Do you have a remote start or something on here?"... I reply, "Yes, I do. Maybe that is the culprit, I will call my installer, see what he recommends." I call him, he recommends to remove the power supply to the alarm, and remove the bypass for the ignition. So I call Clark up, and he says "Do whatever you think.. we cant move the car, its stuck where its at". I showed up at 4:30, and didnt have time to remove the wires my alarm installer said to, so I get a rental, and plan on doing the wire removal in the morning.
This morning, I show up at 7:30 to remove the power wires for the alarm. Takes me 20 minutes or so is all, and Im on my way. Clark seems to think this is going to help.
45 minutes later, Clark calls, and says, "We cannot get the ecu to program still. If you want, we can charge ANOTHER hour of labor ($102) and look at all the wires for the alarm, see if anything else is causing the problem. We are still at a loss.
2 hours later, Clark calls. "Your car is fixed and everything is good." HOLY SHIT!!!!! "Yea, whoever installed your alarm had rigged wires in the wrong location. We just unhooked every wire we could find for the alarm, and everything worked as it should. We also found 3 blown fuses in the alarm wiring system, which indicates to me improper wire tapping for the alarm. I have never seen the ball of mess of wires like you have under your dash. We can tell that he tried more than once to install it properly too, because there were many tapped wires that were not hooked up." I say, "I had the alarm installed right after my turbo install, literally the next day. Do you think that is what caused the ECU short?" "I cant say for sure, but it sure seems logical at this point."
SO ANYWAYS, he said they took it for a drive, boost hit 16 psi, pulled very strong, and NO CEL CODES!!!!
I will be picking her up tonite, and I have to say, Im so excited to drive it, I may wait till next week to send the ecu in for reflashing...lol

SERIOUS?? same installer too...

I will be having said installer remove everything from the car, and selling the security system. I am leary, however, wonder if its better for me to just pay somebody to remove it properly

I would have someone else remove it if I were you. Having it done right and spending a little extra is better then I electical fire. There will be a lot of splices that are all over. I would have some liquid tape or shrink rap put on all of it so there are no shorts.
