Well its been a while since I've been on here. Got a 66 mustang to restore....But I ran across this and had to throw it on here.

It's actually been used in formula cars before, to some success.

Looks okay there, but I agree, it's weird on a normal car.

Yup, the main reason of the smaller tires on the Tyrells was for a smaller frontal aero footprint. On a fully fendered car, that reason is nullified.

I think it's pretty stupid actually. I'd say only about half of his reasons have any substance behind them. I think this all amounts to him wanting to make a name for himself by doing something different, not necessarily something better.
