Money has been refunded for the turbo from PT-Performance. I must say he is dealing with alot of issues recently, and he has handled them quite well. I dont know if I would buy anything from him again, but he is an honest man...

New turbo from another builder will show up later this coming week.. I should be driving 'er again soon...

Spent a day installing the gauges and sensors for the air/fuel & EGT, everything else is ready, the front mount looks sexy as heeeeelll.. I cant wait to actually drive my car again..lol

Ken from Protege Garage is helping me out big time with a reworked stocker.. I was DAMN near to doing the GT28, but boost creep has been a huge issue with all the GT's and the full control reflash with the internal wastegate, and as stated earlier, that is more work than I am willing to do at this time...although by now my car has been down long enough to have an external dump welded on my manifold, maybe in the future. For now Ill run the piss out of the reworked turbo at 21psi.. ;)

Damn, I was really hoping to see the combo of external wastegate and a 28 series garrett turbo.

I hope this reworked stocker works out for you. Glad to hear that you got your money back on the other one and he didn't try to screw you over or anything like that.

Looks good, Eric. I like it much better on the car than in pieces next to it! :)

Everything is put back together, and she's back on the streets... Ive only driven around the block so far, but seems fine. I have a serious flutter going on from the bov, not sure what thats about... more impressions as the breakin period goes on..
