CMZC Logo Competition!! Open to all members: Enter submissions by Oct 17th

Postby Huzer21 » Tue Oct 07, 2008 9:14

Just as the title says, help CMZC design a new logo. The main requirements are that "CMZC" obviously needs to be in the design. The winning designer will receive a reward of some type. This has yet to be officially determined.

Send designs to ColoradoMazdaClub@yahoo.com. I will then post the submissions in this thread. Please DO either send me a PM, or reply in this thread that you have sent a submission.

Contest is open starting NOW! Get creating, people!

Size it however you want. Just remember clean and clear CMZC is what we're looking for. If it's a clean design, it should be easily resized to various dimensions without losing much, if anything, in detail.

Hmmm.... Mebe this is a better way of putting it. What are the demensions in terms of aspect ratio? Like is is gonna be.......8" x 11" or 11" x 8" Sure that can be resized to 16" x 22" or 22" x 16". The aspect ratio is the same. But if you try to resize it to 16" x 34" everything gets screwed up.

Understand what I mean? am I making sense?

It does matter.......Where is this logo going to go. I mean if I make it 8"x11" and the space it'll be put in is 2"x8" a whole lotta stuff will be cut out or it will be really really tiny.

LOL Same thing applies. If I make it 8" x 11" And the usable area is 4" x 8" it wont work out still....empty space......ok I'm done being a pain....LOL......

But I'll see what I can do. Can we submit more than one? entry? And you can delete my posts to keep this pretty much cleared up.
