New Mazda6 commercial

Postby Bertha » Wed Sep 17, 2008 9:14

Anyone seen the new Mazda6 commercial with the car in the coliseum?

Thoughts? Personally I thought it was kinda dumb but I love the car.

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive it.

the car is starting to look...big. The "zoom zoom" thing doesnt seem to be what the 6 is modeled after.

I agree! But I also see that they are trying to take away from Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy... Personally I think the 6 NEEDED to be redone as it's age was showing. I believe they've gone in the right direction and unless you're SET on getting a ABC car the Mazda gives ALL brands a serious run for the money.

Fit and finish is so important now days, the car seems to walk the walk and talk the talk with out problem.

Would like to hear from our Mazda sales people on what they personally think.

I hope to maybe drive one on Saturday :)

Mazda is really doing a good job. I've been seeing a lot of other companies trying to push their own version of zoom zoom.

I haven't seen the TV ad, but I'm starting to see more print ads. Looks good in those pics.

Personally I love the commercial. Cracks me up. I think it would be better fit for a Mazdaspeed 8 but oh well. I saw a new 6 for the first time sunday on my way to the sonic meet. I kinda liked it. It's growing on me. The front view from the commercial is nice. I also saw a metro gray 8 on I-25 when giong to the meet. I don't like that color.

im thinking they might release the Mazdaspeed 8 at the end of the for the rx8 chassis, right before the 16x gets put into produce in the new Rx whatever. What would be interesting is if they installed the 16x in the Speed8....
