Oooof, that means taking the manifold back off and putting it back on..... You "might" be able to wrap it installed on the car.....

I didn't think about the fact that you'd have to take it back off. I'm used to my easy car, haha.

Could I get away with just wrapping the exhaust line that is running next to the intercooler boost tube?
Where could I buy some header wrap?

It shouldn't make a diference but don't quote me on that.

I would rap all of them, it would keep heat down on all of them and keep an even exhaust temp.

You might be able to get it at the parts store but I don't know. I speed shop should have it. companies like summit racing and jegs have it.

I got some header wrap at Advance Auto parts in Wichita. I got some DEI header wrap. I think I found Advance through their dealer locator.

I'd definitely wrap all the tubes if you do it.

What's the header made out of? Some from of stainless steel I'd imagine. Wrapping it should be fine- especially since it's coated too. Problem with header wraps have come up when people use it with low grade steel headers- water gets trapped between the metal and the wrap and a rust hole quickly forms. I wrapped the stainless steel header on my Saturn and never had an issue.
