Just got home now, 02:00 Tuesday morning. On 6.5psi we made 487whp & 414wtq (398whp & 338wtq uncorrected). Boost comes quick and at 2500rpms I'm at 300wtq, raises to 400+ by 3500 and maintains it till 6300 (395wtq) and drops to 337 by 7300. Horsepower is nice and flat. At 2500 whp is 138whp and just continues to 487whp to 6750. Overall I'm very happy with the car. Pulls in every gear and is a blast to drive. Can't wait to get some more drive time. More Pics, Vids, etc cmoing tomorrow.

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive it.

I can't believe you made that kind of power on ONLY 6.5psi of boost!! That's AWESOME!! Nick obviously did an awesome job, as your AFR's are uber-clean, like a perfect etch-a-sketch line across the board!! They look to be around 12:1 all the way to redline, is that your daily driver tune?

I'm extremely impressed... and now retract my previous statement about wanting to run you lol... unless it's from a stop... preferably in the rain/snow haha. As it's obvious, the second you get traction, even at "Stage 2" my STI would have no chance in hell lol.

Like previously asked, was it worth it? Me personally, I would be VERY happy! That's a beautiful curve, just one question, was that on 91 octane?

Anyway, very impressive, congrats Robert!

Yeah... even after I pick up a full turboback exhaust and have the car Protuned, Robert's car should still murder it, at least from a roll lol.

I'm curious to see what he runs in the 1/4 mile though... I'm going to bet somewhere in the mid-high 12's at Bandi with trap speeds over 113mph... unless he runs drag radials/slicks, which would help his ET considerably. I'm willing to bet, on street tires, he might have a bit of a problem hooking up though lol. Still, his car would easily destroy my STI once it hooks up :)

It sucks seeing other people build monster cars... makes you want to go crazy with parts lol. Like maybe an FP Green turbo, 800cc injectors, FMIC & Protune lol.... showing restraint it hard... stupid priorities lol.

So, I just did some quick math on about how much Robert has probably spent based solely on his motor/transmission mods... next to his mods, I put basic estimates next to each mod, to show how much all of this could have cost:

Performace/Power Mods:
- JWT 700BB Twin Turbo System w/ HKS SSQV BOV & Swain Tech BBE Coated FMIC $6950 (MSRP for just TT kit)
- Koyo Racing Radiator $380
- Cosworth Intake Manifold $1149
- UR Underdrive Crank Pulley w/ Gates Belts $210
- DeatschWerks 600cc Injectors $340
- NGK Iridium IX 1-Step Colder Spark Plugs $44
- Stillen Oil Cooler w/ Thermostat $400
- Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump $70
- APS 2.5" Test Pipes $200
- Stillen TD Cat-back ZR Single Tips $800
- TurboXS UTEC $800
- TurboXS Tuner Wideband w/ Bosch O2 Sensor $350
- TurboXS DTEC Map Sensor $90
- Perrin Boost Solenoid $90

Transmission:
- JWT Clutch & JWT Flywheel combo $770
- AP Stainless Steel Clutch Line $70

Total: $12,713

These are just loose estimates... based on average deals you can find via google. If he shopped around, and bought used parts, vendor deals on forums ect, could have been significantly less. This is not taking into account for wheels, tires, brakes or suspension.... yes, it seems like a TON of money, but judging by his list of parts, he's built a VERY well rounded car, spared no expense, and seems to have everything covered, in order to make a ton of power reliably... can't wait to see what it puts down after the motor is built and he turns the boost up.... on a built motor, I could see his car putting down 700+whp. Just my $.02

Just a quick FYI, Robert put down 398whp uncorrected on MAC's dynojet, and I believe I recall seeing No-Coast-Punk posting that uncorrected numbers on MAC's dynojet are about what they put down corrected on their (Revolution's Performance) Dyno Dynamics.
