So I didn't get to register earlier, didn't realize I had to pay right when I signed up... SO I'll probably end up doing it next week after I have a little more money, or after I can decide what to do to my car, because after talking to Pooh Bear about it, I'm not sure I can really do anything to it... I'll only be showing it, but for me to turn it in at the end of my lease it can not have anything changed on it, so whatever I do to it for the show I'll have to be able to take it off.[/b]


Check out some local salvage yards...see if you can pick up some of the vanity covers under ya hood...spray them up, that way turning it back to stock will be real simple. Just an idea...

You have to pay when you register. That sucks. I'll do that later.
Paint some poastic covers in your engine bay. I'm gonna clear all my plastic covers in there so they are shiny. Not sure if I'm going to paint anything else blue though. Hopefully I'll have new interior by then.

Tom you are right, I was hoping we could get a club discount, but that doesn't appear to be the case....rat bastards!

you should be scared of me...trish...I especially if you don't sign up.... just use some of that $$ you raised last week...whatever you didn't spend on booze. :lol:

Guido Guido Guido, that money went for Junior Achievement.. geez. I'm not skurred of you, you won't even sign up!!

And I'm planning on signing up, I just need to plan out what I'm going to do to my car first. I dont want to register a completely stock vehicle and look stupid around the other nice cars.

Well if I was going to keep the car I would drop it some, and put some new black and silver 18's on it. And a bunch of stuff to the engine.. but I'm saving up all that for when I get my 3, which is going to be a while yet.

Yeah I'm going to start looking around for the engine covers and such and see what I can do about that, things that are easy and cheap to replace for when I trade it in.

because it is a lease, and I can get deducted for that at the end and possibly could end up paying for it more when I trade it in. The car has to be all original when traded in.
