I didn't take pictures, but should have. I had some dirt on the headliner from when I purchased the car. Mostly on the driver's side, around the sunroof/etc. Anyone knows that water or a spray cleaner generally makes things look worse. Well, I saw this on another forum, and gave it a try (especially since I've used it for cleaning around the house with amazing results.

It really works great. Rub GENTLY if you do try this.

I understand competely. I wish it was the day time. Can't wait for tomorrow to test this out. can't do it till after 3 but I'll get it done. If it's not too cold I might even pull my drivers and passangers seats out to vaccume all the spots I can't reach at the car wash.

It definitely worked for mine. Those little erasers rock! Makes me happy to look up and NOT see the previous owner's grime all over the headliner.

PEOPLE PEOPLE.....GUESS WHAT?

NO NOT THAT!!!! LOL!!!!

I'm about to go and try this out. I'll take pics if I can find my camera.

Update: Just got done cleaning after sitting in my car for 10 minuets just imagining how nice it'd be able to drive it again. FYI it's sitting in the school parking lot infront of my house and off to mazda tomorrow. I'll get pics when it's all dried in there probably tomorrow since it's getting dark.

From what I can tell is that Tuff Stuff and Magic eraser did their job. All the brown and black and whatever smudges are gone. Just need it to drie all the way to tell which one is best. I can safely say that the eraser is easier to use.
