I THINK the offset is what would jack you up. 45mm is too much or too little, not sure which but I think we have to stay in the 48mm-52mm offset range. But I'm not totally sure

I think they'll fit. Edgeracing.com list several wheels with offsets of as little as 40, with dozens of wheels at 42 and 45.
