I don't know but I'm planning on getting one as well. I had a link to who made them but I heard they either stopped making them for a time or they were really backed up or something. And that was back in 2011 I think. I'd still love to get one though.

OK, I think my mind is made up for my single setup
BorgWarner S300SX in 1.00 AR
http://www.full-race.com/store/turbos/borgwarner-airwerks/borgwarner-s300sx-83-75-turbo.html

Turblown Manifold. I really want something made out of 321SS though. I really want a twin scroll mani that will take the abuse for years. I have had this car for 10 years, DDing it for 9 of them. Reliability is #1. Inconel anyone? I don't want to resort to the tried and true HKS Cast manifold but I want this build to last.

Two Tial MV-Rs

And a defined autoworks v-mount
http://www.definedautoworks.com/prod23.html

looking to make 380-420 RWHP reliably.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Im not as familiar with Turblowns manifolds as some others, but then I usually just build my own. I will say that I have had some name brand manifolds (wont say whose) through with warped flanges, so on a street car I would use the HKS cast manifold and be done with it.

Also for a street car I tend to favor the GT3582R. Easily makes the power you want at this altitude at low boost levels and is very nice on a daily driver. The last two I have installed we have used the T3 housing with an adaptor, which sounds weird but worked perfectly.
For WG's I have been using the Precision, HKS, Turbonetics, and Turbosmart gates. The Tials should be fine, just not my preference.

I personally do not care for V-mounts, but thats just me. Again typically on street cars we build an uprated SMIC setup that has proven to work just fine for up to 400whp or so for autocross and trackday work thrown in. I do believe that at our altitude it does not hurt anything to add a WMI setup and can be of great benefit. Also, we have had cars in with both the Greddy and HKS FMIC setups, and they both work OK, my issues with them are they are heavy at the wrong end of the car and if not installed properly can creat cooling issues. I will warn you that an improperly installed V-mount will cause many more issues than they ever hope to cure, and can be a real PITA to get right.

So my FC hillclimb car on e-85, FMIC,GT3582R, 3" exhaust, modified ebay manifold, Turbonetics WG, etc etc made 380whp at about 14psi. When I switched to a "street port" S6 motor I made 480whp at 18psi on e85. Dimitri's FD with GT3582R, upgraded SMIC, pump gas, custom manifold, Precision gate, mild port, 3" exhaust with cat, etc made a little over 400whp (in TN) at I believe 16psi. His is a real street car that sees a few trackdays and autocrosses a year, and just runs on pump gas?
If I can help, feel free to ask!
1986 Turbo FC race car, S6 13b, GOOPY Apex seals etc, GT35R, AEM EMS, lots more good stuff

Something I was thinking about tonight. I was told the efficiency area of my turbo wasn't until around 25psi, which is why I've run about 24psi this whole time. I'm wondering what it is for that turbo.

Happens all the time. Nothing Heli-Coil can't fix.

Yup. However, it looks like you have quite a bit of rows of good thread left.

You can probably just re-tap it using a die to get all the threads synch'd up again.

No heli-coil! Time-sert/gard-sert/key-sert. Any of those is a much better product. Or take the housing to Wag's prop shop, have him close the hole, re-drill it and tap with a bottoming tap and it will look like new!
