Who do you root for? I grew up near St Louis so I couldn't be more stoked lol. I'm not sure I'll ever be as excited as Game 6 in 2011 though, even though I was watching it in the desert at the time.

My boss is a Red Sox fan, First Sergeant is a Tigers fan and another guy I work with is a Dodgers fan. There is a lot of trash talking going on at work right now.

Dodger fan since I was 9 years old. I think they'll win behind Kershaw in game 6 and then we'll have an interesting game 7 with Wainwright vs Ryu. I'm not ready to stop watching Dodger games just yet.

At least your team still exists. Damn Expos. They woulda won it all in '94! I just can't be a Nats fan. Ugh. Ever since the Expos went away, so did my baseball interest.

Tim Raines and Pedro Martinez ftw. You're welcome for Pedro btw. Worst trade in Dodger history.

Toyota Siennas. Are these kid-toting egg mobiles supercharged or what? I've never had a vehicle take off so fast- beating me off the line, yet always be in my way.

tiz the beauty of torque converters and lower-end power. All the soccer moms need that stoplight-to-stoplight speed :D

On a similar grind...

similar situations where I am challenged in the Evo. With the SST, I can't just rev-and go.
So, if I don't launch it, there's a delay of transmission slipping clutches, boost building, etc.
If I do launch it... well... bye. :D

Moronic kids (who aren't old enough to know anything, buy anything, or do anything) choose to grab daddy's gun, go to school and open fire on the innocent. Wtf is wrong with people!? Grow a pair and confront your problems. Throw a fist, get your a** kicked, and get suspended/expelled like the good old days.

People that always blame the kids....
Kid's can have issues, legit ones... but parents need to start being parents again.

I'm sure this will stir the gun debate more though. Which will grind my gears badly. Somehow, guns will be blamed again... not the Parent or student, but the gun and/or the school. People are the problem and we can't seem to find a way to improve behaviors.

Wait, what? I figured we generally stand on the same side of the fence. Yeah-yeah-yeah, daddy should have locked up his weapon...should have hammered it home that its not a toy and should never be used in the offensive. bla bla-- but dude... the KID is the one who picked up the gun and the KID is the one he walked to school with it in his bag....HE opened fire on his peers and killed an adult. [most recent situation, I'm referring to].

Who gives a bloody sh** if his dad beat him up at night, or some bully was giving him swirlees everyday (relatively speaking of course: bullying is horrible, so is physical and mental abuse-- I'm just being a bit sarcastic here).

Bottom line: The kid did it. Lynch him..

Edit: kid's dead. no lynching required.

true enough, but I still look to the parent that couldn't identify a problem with the kid, or perhaps did identify but was still careless with deadly weapons being available. Nothing is black and white though, some kids are capable of adult decisions and understanding those decisions. Some, or most, aren't. There's many adults that go though breakdowns, counseling, therapy, etc... from things they did as children and didn't comprehend until later, and many parents that do the same because they realize they missed the underlining symptoms or clues of behavior. It's just too bad that this seems to be a trend, and it's almost always with similar kids and parent figures.
