The rapid fire with nearly no recoil is what's so fun with the 22 conversion! Batman what range do you go to?

Shadow, you can easily pay off the diff in one day. We shot about 300-350 rounds combined with all the calibers in one hour. If just .22 it would be much more in one hour. So I would think about 600-700 rounds and you should be even.

Columbia, I went to the new gun store in Centennial. Pretty nice, you can make reservations so you don't have to wait. It's on Arapahoe and Peoria. http://gunstorecentennial.com

I thought that place was members only, are you a member? I've been there to pick up a few things, it's a nice facility and the staff were very friendly.

No, I'm not a member. The "store" and the range in it is for the public. The "club" (not built yet) and the range that will be in it is for members only.

Cool. Shows you how much I read into it. And to think I've been to the store before and still didn't know there was a public side. Well maybe I will go there Monday and not the cherry creek range.

I think 8 lanes. 1-2 is pistol only the rest is for both pistol and rifle. The target system is pretty cool, you just type in your distance in feet and press enter and it will move out to that distance. Since its indoor it only goes out to 60-65 feet.

Only been once, but I think so. I checked out a few, primarily the Springfield XD 40 Service Model. Love that gun and I can't wait to get one! It's the first gun store I've been to where I felt like they were happy to talk to me/show me a weapon. I will likely buy from them when it comes time to make a purchase.

Question for those running EOTech optics on any platform. I'm looking to get a 516 for my AR and wanted to see what you guys think of your EOTech. How do you like your EOTech? Any problems with it? I read a few reviews and some said in certain cases the recoil can knock the batteries out of their seat briefly causing the optic to turn off. Anyone experience that or anything they didn't like?

I can not say enough good about the weapon myself. Put close to 500 rounds through mine a couple of weekends ago with out a hiccup. Time to reload some more.
