x2 - If it is quality, it is worth paying the price.
Gotta be a good combo of both the food and the service.
I hate terrible restaurant service.

don't go to my big fat greek restaurant http://www.eatmoregreek.com/
(recalls over a week of being sick with food poisoning and allergic reaction)
The food wasn't even that good. I should have known better when it came out in 5 minutes.

I've never had a problem with greek before. I'm still recovering and I ate it on the 20th.

It was a combination. Started as poisoning.

This place was great! Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in awhile (aside from a trip to Market Street in Utah, but that's not necessarily applicable to us in CO). The best of both worlds... upscale look, but not an upscale attitude... sports playing on a nice selection of tv's, but isn't a 'Sports Bar'... and TONS of beers on tap. The food is great, but as such you pay for it.
We started off with the 'Summer Salad' and 'Coconut Shrimp'. Both were spectacular! I could have just eaten these two items and called it good. They were perfect. Salad was loaded with candied walnuts, oranges, strawberries, huge avocado chunks, leaks, onions and finished with a nice balsamic vinaigrette. The prawns were quite large, fried to a perfect crisp, and resting on a bed of veggies with a tasty sauce (adding a kick).
My only complaint: I ordered a black and tan. I figured with sooo many beers on tap (and for once, a place with Guinness and Bass on Draught) that this could be easily accomplished. Nope. The beer/s came out basically mixed and with a 2" head. I've yet to find a restaurant that pours a better B&T than Old Chicago (sigh). Moving on...
For Entrees, we chose the New York Strip (medium well) and the porcini crusted Halibut. Whoo-ee, another home run! The steak was thick and large....came out steaming, stewing in its own juices. Cooked perfectly, a nice amount of pink- but no blood....perfect! The halibut was also perfectly cooked....a very nice deep white and plenty of moisture. The outside was indeed crusted to perfection, providing a very complementary flavor. Both meals rested on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and veggies.
No room for dessert, but something tells me that would have been great too. Oh, and the service was excellent...very attentive staff, well mannered, and polite.
This is my new favorite place, and I will be returning. The downside: for two peeps (with drinks) $130:eek:
x2 on the quality here. Finally made it to this place over the weekend. The food was great, and I actually got a tour of the keg room and fridge. I am fully convinced that you will not find a place that will serve a better tap beer no matter what brand or type! The kegs they have are no more than 4 weeks old at the oldest. They have a CO2/N02 mix so that they can properly tap Guiness, Boddingtons, and other N02 prominent beers. They also have these contraptions that consitently vibrate the lines so that sediment does not build up. Every time a keg is changed, the line is flushed and cleaned. Anyway, I was like a kid in a candy store because I

Pretty tasty. Their pizza is WAY better than Boston's (previous establishment in same location) used to be. They also brew their own beers. They aren't as good as CB Potts next door, but good enough to come back.
Pizza sauce was good, had little chunks of tomato. They also have a white sauce, which I didn't try. Dough/crust is smokey-ish (from oven) and crispy- but not too crispy.
I'll go back.
