I got hurt on the job last week. I slipped on black ice after I got out of my car. Since then, I've been in pure pain in my wrists. My right wrists is healing , the left is swollen and infected, both are actually where I had landed on the black pavement. I'd show a photo, but your stomachs may turn... .anyway, their workman's comp doctor keeps saying that I'm not infected. YEt I am. If i put peroxide on it, it bubbles, all that good stuff. Yet they still wont do anything about it, and all they tell me is 'go see the doctor'. Seriously? Why do companies try to screw their employees? Why?

Can u go see your own doctor? Get a second opinion. If anything for you records the sew. We can split the mobey 30/70 after the lawyer takes his cut.

peroxide will bubble for pretty much ANYTHING, but do not over use it. It destroys all kinds of cells, including the good ones, like live skin cells, white blood cells, and other things trying to heal as well.

When people respond to an email by creating a new email, rather than just hitting "reply" so the thread of past conversation can be seen.

They are trying to get people here at work to shorten the email chains now, so that only pertinent information is available. They have an extensive list of "email ettiquette (sp?)" we are supposed to follow.

I do this too, at times. Tailoring the emails to include only pertinent info as well. I'm talking when there is only one previous email *with* pertinent info (dates, costs, etc.) that should be included for reference.

ARgh...
