Thanks guys! Had a little incident last night, a fuel line made contact with the alternator and caught on fire!!! Only loses were the fuel line itself and the alternator.

Here is were it made contact Image

I was looking around the internet a found out there is 2 different alternator one with a cover on that bolt and another one without the cover. Unfortunately i had the one without the cover. Here is the pic of the alternator with the cover.

That's crazy. Luckily no one got hurt and the fire was put out quickly.

lol ive acutally done that before. get another fuel line and and use a rubber hose around it or reroute it.

ouch man that really sucks hope you fix it and keep the fire extinguisher in your car. i noticed you guys with the fd's really don't have that much space around your engine like my cosmo motor in my fc.

Eric, i fixed the fuel problem the damn pump wasn't sitting all the way inside the pipe. Now I'm getting 40psi and it holds.

Also change the fuel filter, I don't think the filter was never changed. It took me about 20 min to get the sucker off. Check this out
