My point was... that there's a difference between being an 'informed buyer' and a 'cheap sob' who rakes people over the coals just to save a buck-- and/or those who "believe" a product is worth "x" and refuse to pay "y", even though product x CLEARLY sells for y:huh:

Natural selection at its best. We are free to be idiots if we want to. He isn't endangering anyone but himself riding like that, so the cops should not be involved at all. If he wants to be an idiot and get himself killed by not taking the proper precautions, that's his right.

Would I ride like this? Hell no. But I'm glad that I have the right to do so if I felt like it.
