Mechanics who take too long to do their jobs and keep giving you dates for when your car will be done but then push them back.

hey now' :(

The other day when we all went to eat at that place in Boulder after the cruise,
I was driving down 36 (doing the speed limit)
The sun had just set, I saw a weird shape ahead crossing the highway, at first i thought it was a big snake because it was in a line,
Then as I got closer it was a momma duck with 7 babies! single file, trying to cross 36,
I was in the left-most lane and if i had been speeding at all i would have hit all of them, they passed my car right before i got there...

Anyways, I honestly felt horrible bc those ducks had nowhere to go, the concrete median on 36 goes on for miles with no breaks/holes/openings for critters to go through.
I'm not the praying type, but as i drove home i prayed and prayed that they would safely cross back over to where they came for, i hope they made it

concrete civilization grinds my gears

^^^(x2) poor ducks.

The megageniuses who thought it would be cool to caravan an extra large cylindrical tank on a flatbed truck down CO-470 during today's 9am rush hour-- one so large it backs up traffic for miles down to 25 MPH, one so large it can't fit under Quebec St's bridge over the highway so they turn off just ahead of me where I get off, one so large, they stop traffic so they can pull the traffic light wires up to let it pass at the top of the off ramp I'm now stuck on before ambling down the other side to get back on CO-470 and jack up a few thousand more commutes.

Here's a suggestion, you Florida plate heavy load jerks: do this crap not during rush hour.
