Yes, my car is an R1! The only real way to tell is the dual oil coolers up front.

I think I met you at a meet this summer, at Colorado Mills meet. I was the guy with the gray Mazdaspeed 6, and I think you said your car was in the shop or something?!?

Sweet ride! Hopefully you'll get to make it out to some meets in the future so we can check it out in person.

yeah awdpirates is my home I will eventually sell this and go back to awd but I can have two cars right now so I figured I should go for it. I'll try to come to some meets this year, we will see.

i think you shoulda kept the subaru. can you get your shameful car out of the driveway yet? So, i was thinking about making a post in the rx7 forum to see if all the seven guys want to go for a mountain drive and go camping over the summer sometime. You wanna go?[/b]

uh...are you joking? that seemed kinda harsh...just wondering.... ;)

The whole if it's not a rotary in it than everyone hates it thing. It is a big theam on RX-7 club. I really don't think it matters, I am cool with whatever. Its your car.

Kind of but serious at the same time. I hate v8 swaps, but we had a seven meet in fort collins and his fd got snowed in so it was more of a smartass remark. That and his subaru was way cool. I wish he wouldve sold it to me.[/b]

ahhh...lost in translation.... B)

gah. I don't feel like explaining... But i will say go ahead and do a v8 swap but just know that i think you're gay. especially if you're going to put a v8 in a fd. ;][/b]

obviously accommodating for a shortcoming... me a 2.3 i4...and that's all.
