so fix your bumper, then tint, then a really good cleaning. polish up the paint, buff your wheels, clean under the car and put some undercoating. engine bay: hand clean everything, break booster, engine, plastic pieces. anything visible. and trust me that good clean will make it look better than adding a spoiler.

Now that I've seen how bad your MPGs are I changed my mind. Even when you push your car hard, you shouldn't get much under 20. Start with fixing that.

Well, here's what I know about the plugs.
My dad got the car with 20k miles or less on it (built december 04 bought used september 05, so not many miles). Not sure if it ever happened between then and 100k, but my dad said he had the plugs replaced at 100k. I literally just hit 144k today (I'm at like 144010 miles right now)

There were kits for the 6i in the past, but the places that made/sold them have since shut down. I would either need to get parts from the speed6 off ebay or do a custom build. I do believe that GPWerks is working on a kit for the 6i though. One of the moderators on Mazda6Club is working with the company on the new kit for the 6i, but they haven't been able to tune it yet because his car is out of commission (believe something is wrong with his transmission).
this kinda sticks out to me as a sign... companies shutting down, and the only test car has a trashed tranny, and you have an auto... plus a turbo kit on an N/a car's price doesn't just stop with the price of the kit you need all the supporting mods, tunes, parts that WILL break, i dunno how much GR-8 has in his turbo setup but ask him, chickenwafer, or anyone that has done a turbo setup about the costs and troubles.
my suggestion is fix it first, then suspension and aesthetics, tint, lower it, wheels, nice stereo. the car doesnt have to be fast to be fun to drive. my 100hp first gen miata was a blast, and a honda civic could outrun that car no problem. I've gone through the trying to make a slower car fast. and to be honest i regret it, it gets really expensive really quickly to still end up slower than a stock boosted car like an srt-4 or wrx. and then you realize the money you spent, if you had sold that car and used that mod money, you would beable to afford a faster car...
your Best money and time spent if you do want to go fast. learn to drive manual. and take some HPDE's you'll eventually get rid of that car and find yourself in a faster/better/more capable car of your choosing. and then your limits will be only hindered by the cars limits not the other way around.

I agree with dange. I hadn't even turbo'd my black car and I had over $10k into it and I payed $450 for it. It was relatively fast. If I was to F/I it I would have spent another $5k+. I at least had a motor that was built to handle the power. And my car was still spray painted.

Same. I went down the road of spending money I didn't really have on my car. And what do I have to show for it now? Nothing. Unless you have a finite number of years to live and you only have 2 years to live or something, then by all means, blow all your money on your car. Otherwise I say just enjoy it, do little things to personalize it like tint, springs, wheels, or a skull shift knob. Hell, when you go off to college, people will love you just because you own a car.
