No, an aftermarket one.

erod550 wrote:Barn, I may have a TMIC for sale soon. Don't want to get your hopes up or anything but there is a remote possibility I may be upgrading cars too. But to an actual upgrade, not a definite downgrade like a TC.

Cool man... I'm curious to see what you have in mind. =)

Plus there stands a good chance that you will be ridiculed for driving a tc. I had to put up with it, but just saying that it is looked upon by others (not myself) as a girl's car.

+1

You see mostly girls driving them so it's easy to make that assumption. It's also one of the top cars to get pulled over often AND have higher insurance rates.

How much will you sell it bone stock? I might want another MS3... depending on what kind of shape it's in and what kind of problems you have with it.

Putting a turbo into a car/engine that wasn't designed for a turbo is probably not an easy thing to do and make it reliable. Good luck if you decide to go that route.

Just for the record, I'm okay with your decision.

A TC is a POS, don't do it, like chickenwafer said if you want a faster car pay more money. You constantly had issues with the ms3 because of uneducated modding, it's only going to be worse in a TC, plus yes they are for 16 year old girls. In the end it's up to you but this sounds like an irrational decision.

batman-im not selling it un modded because i dont feel like speding the time taking every part off of that car...

black their really wasnt uneducated modding at all...i would agree i did mess up not upgrading the turbo though...i have everybolt on made for that car other then a turbo, but now i have the turbo so if i do decide to sell hte car it will have the new turbo on and be tuned by either harvey or nick

I'm gunna stay outa this all together as I agree with Randy (newblack). You may not consider it uneducated, but things like saying you with ATP because it was a better option is just pure fail. I can go into reasons, but it proves that you didn't do much research on the best option for what you wanted to do.

The TC is a $19,000 car now. And that is bone stock. If you want the nice stereo, the door sills, the ground effects, the spoiler, the fog lights, the non-cheap looking shift knob and all the little extras...it's not exactly a cheap car. I bought my speed for about $23k. The scion after you add on all the little stuff. You're probably looking at not much less than that. And you get sooooo much less car for the money, you have no idea. Trust me, I drove one for over 2 1/2 years.
