Yeah I know! At least my house is far enough away from all the craziness (about 15 mins). And yes, lots of small crappy touristy tattoos, artistically its going to be less fun as here, but more money and about half the mortgage I pay now.

Higher pay with lower cost of living is always a bonus. It's one of the reasons I still haven't moved to Denver after working up there for almost 5 years.

The housing market in Vegas and Phoenix is a pure buyers market. I'm sure you got quite the pad!!

Yeah right now I live in a house built in 1923, paying about 1200 a month, new house was built in 1999 and is going to be around 700, plus its bigger and in a gated community, couldnt have worked out better.
