Broke!
Long story short, launched the car....spin, BANG! Broke left rear axle and upper diff mount! Looks like ill be doing a tt rear diff mount and a cpe stiff diff this time around!

Randy, man...I figured with your power mods, you'd have that shit replaced already. Sorry to hear, man. Maybe when I get my diff mounts (a long time from now, I think), you can help me install them, since you'll have experience.

Actually, the diff mounts on this car can break under stock power levels, and the bushings almost always go to hell too. I think the one Randy broke (the top mount) is stronger, though, and needs added HP to snap.
Either way, significant weak point in this car's engineering.

Yeah. For us, it's the rear diff top mount, rear diff front mount, turbo seals, end links, VVT timing chain tensioner, and of course, the motor itself.

This entire car is weak! haha
I know im a dumbass but all I did was pop the clutch a bit going up my driveway...and she spun then bang! The funny thing is I didn't even look at anything the night it happened, I was going to meet my wife and started driving down my street and the rearend started shaking crazy!
