I don't see how installing a pill in the breather port would help with a smoking turbo. It might help with PCV smoking, but it has nothing to do with the turbo.
I have seen people use an oil restricter screw for the oil return on the turbo. That option seems to work a little better. It is still masking the problem though, you might as well get the turbo fixed.

yeah it smokes at idle and stop lights i do pretty much what soemone else does keep foot on gas around 1k rpms and i am fine..i dont boost as much and i turned my turbo down to 15psi, but i decided to go with teh bnr turbo when i get enough money

Yea, I've seen that before. I'd think this would fix the problem of smoking when you release the gas after going WOT. Not when sitting at idle.

The pressure difference and lack of vacuum happens at idle, which causes the oil to get past the seals and cause the smoke.
