Is the date Sept. 13th or Sept. 18th?
This is the top annual event for US RX7 owners.
If only I owned a RX7. Got other plans that weekend.

Meh, I've been to SevenStock twice, and it's a great show, but it's just that- a car show. I believe Deals Gap Rotary Rally (DGRR) is a better event, because there is a car show, drive, etc. Much more involved.

I probably won't be going to SevenStock this year.

DAMMIT! I'd love to go to Sevenstock this year, and we had actually planned on it, but I don't know if I'll be back in time enough to get the car running again and go LOL. Plus I can't leave the area when I'm on my two weeks reconstitution time.

Oh, and as a sidenote, at least Zico and I (at this point) are planning to go to DGRR next April, so if anyone wants to go along you're more than welcome. It IS in North Carolina though, LOL. But at least it's on the Tenn/NC border, so not all the way to the coast.

DGRR is sweet. I've been in that area (Grew up in Pittsburgh) a bunch of times on my old Suzuki GSX-R750 crotch rocket. It was a blasty-blast.

I can't imagine how sweet it would be in the FD. The area is awesome, and the road is even better than people say it is.

Not trying to take anything away from SevenStock, but DGRR is awesome(er).

I'm dying to go to Sevenstock too, but it just hasn't worked out yet. And I want to go back to DGRR since last time I went I was completely stock with a shitty suspension.

They've been talking about starting a Fall DGRR too though Ian.

And for the record, I want to drive all the way there too, but since there might be several of us going with RX-7s/8s, with that many rotaries going our odds of at least one person breaking down skyrockets. LOL

well if you do get back in time but no time to fix the car i have a little 2.3 mazda hatch if you guys decide to go lol.

well im not only just going to sevenstock i need parts for cheap because last year (as i have heard from hypertek from 7club) they were pretty much just handing out parts like crazy.
Image

if they did plan a fall DGRR id still be down to drive up there. that road is well worth the drive, or so they say

^Oh trust me, it's worth the drive LOL.

Yeah that's another reason Sevenstock is a must. Mmmmm, parts.

All I really need to do is get the car started. I don't think it will NEED any work right away, but I do plan on digging into it right when I get back to do more modifications LOL. Soooo much fun.
