So on a lighter note, I installed a map on the 6'er tonight, that Sean was nice enough to supply to me. I had it on the car for a day, when I first bought the AP from him; but since my newfound love of datalogging started blooming, I ended up taking it off and recording from ground up. 'Bot and he have both been helpful this first week, so thanks again to you both.

Anyway... back to tonight's map... It's a rev103 stage2, that is tuned for a Mazdaspeed CAI, a TIP, turboback high-flow exhaust, and 93 octane. All I can say is that my car is back to WOW! again. Everytime I give it the whip, it pulls oh so much harder. No more of that WOT boost cut/violent jerking, mid-run. Now everything is just spool-n-go all the way up to and through, 6500rpm. My tables seem to be within spec as well; I'm still looking at them since this was all about 10 minutes ago, though.

But yeah... if you are on the fence about buying one of these devices, pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed! Finding the proper map has been a bit of an experience so far, but it's well worth it. I'm considering going and putting it on a dyno, for a couple before and after pulls, just to see what has changed. My driverseatdyno can definitely feel something.

My RC hadn't been registered for years... I've only rode once since I my wife was prego... and that was at Pueblo Motorsport Park for a trackday. That was 2+ years ago...

Yep agree completely. I had cut issues and the AP cleared them up, well, once I found the right map and then eventually got protuned. Car runs great and pulls really hard with no cuts now. Wouldn't be happening without the AP.

Does anybody else with an AP have the same problem that I'm having, where the dates that are displayed on my data logs are never correct, when you view them in AP Manager?

No matter where I look in the software, I can't find a date/time adjustment setting, and the time on my PC is correct, if somehow supposed to be using that. No matter what though, the datestamps always say like "December 5, 2006". (?)

Is that like the date that map itself was last modified or something?

You will see a HUGE increase in torque and power with the Speed3, with the Speed6 as well. I'm just not sure waht the numbers look like on the Speed6 with AP.

In that case, can you ask them why the datestamps are always incorrect on my log files then?

Thanks man. My guess is it's just built into the firmware, because for the life of me, I can't figure out how to change it. It's not going off of my system clock, I know that. And unless I have some sort of ECU clock that is always set to December 5th, then I have no idea.

Either way, it would be helpful to have accurate date/time stamps in AP Manager, when you're downloading your logs to your PC.
