Doesn't the hose on the end of the BOV have to go to a nipple POST throttle body?

LOL Ian you're so ghetto (I mean that in a nice way, I promise). The real solution would be to remove them and weld them up, but as a temp fix some Viton vac caps work great.

And yes Eric, typically the BOV vacuum reference hose goes after/post the TB, otherwise the BOV's function will be severely slowed down, rendering it nearly useless.

Put the first 25 miles on the engine. Everything is looking good, max water temp was 190. Need to bleed the clutch lol, It got stuck on the floor a couple times. I've bleed the clutch several time using the old pump and hold method but i still got air in there. Im going to try this method witch is what the FSM recommends:
1. Get a rubber hose and attach it to the slave nipple.
2. Put the other end of the hose into a glass of clean brake fluid
3. Open the slave bleeder
4. Pump the clutch pedal, check every other stroke to be sure the master is not running out of fluid.
5. After a few cycles, close the slave bleeder

Was it the stock line or stainless braided? Where did it fail?

Stock rubber line blew up, right before the connector. I guess i'll buy my first and last Steel Braided clutch line.

I have an extra one in my garage. However, it's the one I had on the car previously, and the tranny had hung by it when I was trying to remove it (didn't realize that's why it wouldn't come out), which is why I changed it. It did operate just fine even after hanging though so I doubt anything is wrong with it. I changed it just in case though. Also, I'm not home to grab it, so Zico or Simon would have to find it for you if you wanted it haha.

Clutch line should be here today. In the mean time I went ahead and did a little mod to the battery box for easy access in case i need a jump.

Hey I talked to Zico yesterday, he said he got your message about borrowing the datalogit but he wasn't sure who it was. I told him to go ahead and let you borrow it. But Simon will need it back for his car right after that, so after you're done with it please get back with him or Zico. Thanks mang!

So yesterday i was trying to bring my clutch alive after i replaced the line. After 1 hour of bleeding the clutch i couldn't build any pressure in the lines, it was pretty frustrated as i tried different method including vacuum bleed. So today i decided to take the Slave out and took a look at it but everything was fine, no leaks. Then took a look at the push rod of the clutch master and it is leaking inside the car (found the problem). Of course no local autoparts have the part on stock, but i'll go ahead and replace both of them and be done with it.
