I think if we would have raced at higher speeds I could have taken him, but from a dig, that bitch was pure power.

Although I was really disappointed when I saw the horsepower specs on it. IIRC, it was around 320bhp, and I found myself thinking "the old Lightning had 380bhp, why couldn't they just use that motor?". Although I think it will be getting a big power boost, once the new Coyote V8's are released

From a dig, my STI will pull on just about anything (assuming I feel like launching), but I know better than to challenge 03-04 Cobra's. Those things are typically freeway monsters. Underrated at 390bhp out of a Supercharged 4V DOHC 4.6L V8, those things will easily see 450+hp out of simple mods like a pulley & tune. Almost everyone I've ever seen was modded... I know better.
My STI might be able to walk a stock one from a roll, but am well aware that a mildly modded 03-04 Cobra will walk away from my STI with ease. Those things are nasty. I wish I could take that motor and stuff it into a sporty 4-door AWD sedan, I would buy something like that in a heartbeat.
