Exhaust Install in COS

Looking for some help to install my HKS exhaust i got used from MSF.org. I don't have the tools or setup to do it myself and I heard you have to cut the stock one out. Compensation will be in the form of 12-18pack of choice beverage, cash, or both. Let me know.

Oh yeah any tips on removing rust in on chrome and flange area where exhaust bolts?
