Club Install Weekend Apr 16th and 17th

Postby uribeforrest » Wed Jan 19, 2011 9:14

If you dont know me My names Chad. I am currently in iraq with the Army. I am coming back to Colorado Springs very soon and I have bought a lot of parts for my RX-8 mostly cosmo parts. ecam8000 is allowing access to his shop in Littleton. (Look on my profile in the RX-8 pictures to see the parts). We have the parts, thanks to ecam8000 we have the tools. now we need the help and know how anything you know how to do I am sure we can use your help.

I am planning on a Club Install on a friday afternoon to sunday night in April, I dont have the exact dates at this time, but looking at the 1st or 2nd weekend in April. I am looking to see if you are interested in helping or even learning let me know.

Thanks

I might be able to make this too. Actually what would be cool too is if several people had stuff to do to their cars (I'm thinking little stuff that won't put the car down in case something goes wrong), everyone could bring their cars and have a huge mod day. We do that at our house every now and then and it's a blast, right Chris? LOL

I would go, except I don't know jack **** when it comes to installing parts on cars :P But I'm always up for learning!

Good to hear that you will be home soon, and thanks for supporting our country.

I am down for anything as long as ecam is cool with it. It is his shop. When is a better time to learn how to do. Have to get your hands dirty first.

Just so that this is official. My garage is open for this fix-fest! I hope we have many that want to come just to hang out and learn! If you are interested in learning you are welcome. If you know it all....you are welcome too....to teach the rest of us! If you have questions about your own cars, this should be a great way to learn from others who drive and work on what you drive! I've got heat and enough room for a crowd. I live in Littleton about a half mile east of Columbine High. I'll give out the address and some contact numbers as we get closer to the event.
