This guy has cost me 500 bucks the last few weeks...

The other morning i go out to my car and start it. The fan however, kicks on right away even though its probably 23 degrees out side... ummm... not thinking anything of it, i drive to work *mind you that i just had this happen like 2 weeks before this *. Go to work for the day, come out and the damn CEL is on again. Pull the code.. P01811... engine coolant temp sensor. Crap.. hard code can't clear myself. Take to dealer, service department opens Hood sends me this pic...

Bummer.

I have a mouse in my garage I'm trying to get rid of. Bastard took the cheese from the trap without setting it off. Then he triggered the trap without getting caught- but left the peanut butter and cheese behind.

So.... any suggestions on how to keep the rabbits out of the engine bay?? This is becoming a very expensive and irritating occurrence.
