the only information i have is the car was only 20 hours old since it was picked up from the dealer and the guy was rear ended by a teenager with no license and no car insurance. driver was supposedly a local rapper to whatever area this way and was called "lil bootsie" or some gay crap.

My first thought exactly, then I focused on the "rapper's" name...seriously "lil bootsie"...wtf that is "so gangsta" (insert way too much sarcasim here).
Stupid kids. Yesterday when we were returning from Pueblo, I-25 was backed up from Yosmite all the way up to Alameda because 3 car loads of prom kids (at least 15 packed into 3 cars) had all rear-ended each other. I'm guessing they were all following each other just a bit to close. Not only did they wreck havoc on the road, people had to swurve around them all because they were not smart enough to stand behind the accident, they just wanted to kind of stand in the left hand lane.
