Good performance/fab shops in CO.

Postby Rootski » Tue Mar 24, 2009 9:14

Hey guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what are some good shops in CO specifically for dealing with turbo kits? I'm in a position to buy a very nice turbo for my RX8 at for cheap because it's missing some piping that will need to be fabricated. Who should I call for a quote? The closer to CSprings the better, and rotary experience is definitely a plus. Unless any of you can do it yourselves...

There's MAC Autosport in Parker. But there is a shop in Colo Springs that has hosted a dyno day for this forum. Don't remember the name though.

^Frank doesn't do that kind of work, just dyno runs and tuning. Street Dreams Auto Salon in CS can hook you up though.

Street Concepts does great work! They did all my exhaust work on my speed 3 and it turned out great.

Yeah they do great work! I know a couple of the other members here have gone to them. Let us know how the project turns out.

*late i know*

dont go to PFI...too many people I know have had parts stollen. (you go in to have a stock part replaced with your aftermarket, and they wont give you your OEM part back...they even play like it never existed in some instances)

plus its a hole in the wall.

I take back what I said about Street Concepts in this thread, cant get a phone call back from them in over 3 months, have left over 10 messages and countless emails. They still have some stock parts to my car that I would like back that they wont return, WTF? Nice way to run a business.
