More infomation:
I purchased the woofers April 2007 and it was installed in my car. A month later May 2007, the Performance shop blew my engine and my Ride was out of commision. The audio equipment sat in the vehicle in a garage for about a year while I worked on settling the damage claim with the insurance company and the Performance shop. Got the car up and running June of this year and then it went back into the shop in July to finish the engine performance work and now a complete auto/video build.
The audio equipment is being sold to accommodate the building of audio demo car with the brand name equipment supported by Mile High Sound Design.
Woofers:
1) I do not have the original receipt of box.
2) Purchased over a year ago, sorry out of manufacture warranty.
3) Used for a total of 2 months for about 20 hours.
4) Item was in great working condition when removed about a week ago.
5) I will gaurantee against DOA and for an additional three months.
Woofer Enclosure:
1) Purchased March 2006.
2) Custom made - local audio shop.
3) Condition - Solid and Sealed

I had it installed in the trunk of my MSP against the back of the rear seat. It looks great and just the right size, still providing for alot of trunk space. I could still get to my spare tire. As far as sound, didn't leave me wanting for any more bass. It far exceeds the performance of the MSP stock 8" subwoofer set-up.
