Humans are the only creatures on the planet that drink another mammals milk. MMmmmmmm, milk.....

The milk we have delivered by the dairy is the thickest best milk I have ever had by the way. So cool that milk is delivered out here, back East there's no such thing that I know of....

My brother drinks almond milk. I guess it's got nearly all the benefits of milk and less sugar. I just never tried it because it has like one gram of protein and milk has eight. Plus I'm a skim guy, and almond milk has a few grams of fat.

Farmcrest is better than almond milk or Royal Crest?

And skim? UGH!!! You might as well drink colored water man haha. I'm not a whole milk guy, I'm all for 2%, but skim just seems like water to me haha.

One of my friends in NC is a vegan and she told me about the puss in milk, and ever since then it made me sick just thinking about it. However, when I started drinking Farm Crest I noticed it didn't have that nasty taste that store bought milk has. I wondered if it had anything to do with the puss or whatever, or maybe it's the plastic they use or something, I don't know.

And no, I don't work for Farm Crest haha.

I've tried soy and rice milk before, but didn't like the taste. Soy is okay in limited quantities, rice milk is just downright nasty.

As far as the health benefits, Almond milk is fortified with calcium. It also has lower calories per serving, less fat, and about 60% less carbs (or more, can't remember off the top of my head).

I'll occasionally grab a chocolate milk (whole cows milk) after a good power lifting session- then it's really good for you. But Nesquik chocolate powder in my almond milk tastes amazing! Super thick and creamy. I gave some to a friend who had no idea it was almond milk and thought it was the best chocolate milk she ever had...I then told it wasn't real milk and she didn't believe me haha.

The other benefit is a good deal of the population is lactose intolerant and doesn't even know it. They say about 55% is undiagnosed because they are very mildly intolerant. Ever get an upset stomach after a big serving of dairy? I usually never did, but the switch has helped (although I still eat a lot of cheese, LOL)

LOL. I actually didn't intend for it to be a joke at first. I noticed the correlation after typing it out to be honest. But I figured my reputation as the resident homophobe made it that much better-

I've got a wicked hankering for some Farmcrest now, thanks- haha.
Oh yeah, and unfortunately I was raised on the skim. Sometimes I splurge and go the 1% route, but even 2% makes me take a duke from hell:lol:

Oh I love oreos and milk. I could eat that for days.

I usually grab a chocolate milk after a good COD4 session on the couch on Saturday mornings...or any other day haha.

I did wonder before if maybe I was lactose intolerant. I would get a bit of an upset stomach and some bad gas (that part isn't unusual though, even water gives me gas LOL) after just a bowl of cereal. I don't get that with Farm Crest. I can drink quite a few glasses of FC and not feel bad at all. I probably still can't drink a gallon at once, but you know...lol.

I thought I was the resident homophobe?! LOL One would think that would make it better, but I guess not lol. I've never had a heavy duke from milk, that's new to me HAHA.

I know what you mean though. We started drinking 2% when I was in elementary school. It was whole milk before that. And even the Farm Crest whole milk is really good! And it doesn't seem too heavy.

Are you talking about the shoes? I never got into them before, but I got a pair to use as shower shoes over here and they're pretty comfy. So now I kinda like crocs (as shower shoes), because of something else that grinds my gears, which is...

desert jellyfish.
