Harvey is a cool guy...I'm not sure if he's ever tuned an MS3/MS6 however, but he's usually up for a challenge. I know for a fact he doesn't tune rotaries tho, which is why I rent his dyno for self tuning.

If I were to buy my AP from him he'll do a few baseline runs, but then I need to pay him 400-500 to tune it as well?

^I don't believe it's that much. You honestly have to call Harvey and ask him. But the AP is just the hardware, then you need to pay for the tune as well, it is a separate service. It's like buying an oven and expecting free pizza it don't want to pay for the tune ;)
