To the OP, I know it's not a sedan, but I don't suppose you've considered the upcoming MS3? I only ask due to the fact that it can be tough to go from a fairly "fast" car to a much slower/average car. At first it's not so bad, but after a while, the horsepower addiction tends to come back.... Just my $.02

I'm still surviving. I went from turbos to my Mazda5 in 2007. I didn't think I'd make it this long.

Kudos to you sir, you've endured a very challenging trial for sure
It's been a while since I've driven an "average" car, but I do remember large losses of horsepower making me a sad panda. The most memorable, while I was in Texas, trading in my '04 WRX on my '03 350Z. At the time, my WRX was modded and at sea level would run mid-high 12's trapping around the 107-108mph mark. Which, I suppose there's wasn't an astronomical difference in acceleration, going to a car that would only trap 99-101mph range, but the big kick in the pants was a month later when I moved back to Colorado.... where stock-ish 350Z's trap around 90-92mph at Bandimere. Talk about a letdown
A month prior having a car that would run mid-high 12's, to an NA car at high altitude, that would have likely only broke low 15's at Bandi
Needless to say, that was the shortest I've ever owned a car. At altitude, I knew to fulfill my craving for horsepower, I needed to go back to my turbocharged roots, and traded the Z in on a MS6 in short order
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't such a performance car junkie, as I know over the years it's cost me WAY too much money
