Reality TV, isn't that a bit like thinking wrestling is real?

(It's all supposed be merely be entertainment is my subtle implication.)

Perhaps a repeat-- But when people call twice (in a row), because you didn't answer the first time.

ARgh...

Another Biggest Looser hater here. I watched the first 3 seasons or so pretty religiously back when the show actually meant something, but now it's sooooo played up with the drama and random awkward product placement and everything it's pointless to watch IMO. Especially compared to the previous seasons when the show started out.

Furthermore, confusing the two and calling someone by their last name.

(name fail)

Anytime I meet someone that has a first name for a last name, I tell them "my mama told me to never trust nobody with two first names". I say it in a real redneck dialect. It never gets a laugh :(

this convo I had over the phone with a stranger.

*phone rings*
me - bueno
guy - is Ms. Herrera there?
me - oh, no sorry you have the wrong number
guy - do you know where I can reach her?
me - uh, no I don't
guy - do you know her! *says with attitude*
me - I don't know anyone with that last name
guy - is this (my address)?
me - yeah, but this is like a duplex. What number you looking for?
guy - 8
me - oh this is 7
guy - why is your phone number used with this address?
me - I don't know...... Maybe they used to live here
guy - so you don't know her
me - uhhhh noooo. And 8 is upstairs
guy - do you know if she lives there
me - I don't really know my neighbors
guy - *hangs up without saying anything*

wtf that conversation should have ended when I said "wrong number".

yeah it probably was. I get about 8-10 calls a day from bill collectors and telemarketers all asking for other people. It gets so annoying. Specially cause the machine says if the person they are looking for does not live there to call some number to be removed from the list.
