The fittings only press the end of the line into the tee fitting, they don't seal anything. The fluid comes up between the fitting and the line too, even more so than through the threads. I picked up a new tee fitting on the way home. I'm going to pull the other one out and inspect it. I find it hard to believe every single line was bad.

I think this could possibly be the issue. Since you're mixing metric and standard, you may want to try putting a bubble flare on the side that's leaking. It may be possible that the leaking side is actually metric and that the other sides were standard (which explains the good seals with the double flares). It's worth a shot...but it's only a guess since I can't see the leaking male/female fittings up close.

Ok, I don't want to jinx it, but I think it might be fixed. I swapped the tee fitting and pressurized it and so far it's holding. There is still air in the line but it leaked at this point before, and it's not right now. I think the threads weren't cut deep enough in the other fitting, not allowing the line to be tightened down all the way.

Well I'm hoping it's figured out. I checked it again last night and it seems to be holding, and checked it this morning too.
Jason, I didn't know you had experience with that lol. I'm pretty sure it was just the fitting. I really hope it's fixed. I quit working on it last night after that because I felt like I had completed so much just fixing that lol.
I still have so much to do but one thing I keep forgetting is looking into getting a water injection tank make to fit the ABS pump holder. And getting tools to fix the one rotor that's messed up, but I'm going to look for that at lunch I think. I need a brass punch and a dowel that are the right sizes.

I drove around after work today looking for tools to fix the rotor. I didn't find any brass punches, but I did find some things that worked and I think it's pretty good now. I put a corner seal and spring in and it moves up and down and doesn't bind. And it formed a little lip on the edge of the corner seal groove but I used a small file and took that off. It's pretty good now. Now I need to clean them up and spec the apex seal grooves. And I might go ahead and do the rest of the engine while I'm at it. I've also been thinking about getting the one piece Goopy seals and trying those this time, but we'll see what the paycheck is like after paying some bills lol. Luckily my new paycheck will be kicking in this next payday.
Zico came over and helped me bleed the brake lines tonight. I found several other fittings that were seeping and I've been cranking them down, but I'm not sure if they're going to seal entirely. I sure hope so because I'm so sick of dealing with them. I also cleaned under the brake booster where the brake fluid spilled the other night, and it doesn't look like the paint was affected.
I also finally got the nut from the hood out of the fender, WOOHOO!!
I've been thinking about getting a piece of flat steel and welding it between the sway bar mounts for stability, similar to the Racing Beat part...

...and then mounting the oil cooler thermostat to it. I'm not sure if the bar itself will be stable enough though. It might be too flimsy and just flex under cornering.

I checked the brake lines this morning. I still have two that are seeping, where the front brake lines join the ones I made in the engine bay. I'm getting really sick of this crap. One of those lines is the extremely long one that runs the whole width of the firewall and also goes behind the brake booster. ARGH!!!

The picture of that part sucks. ls it the white thing overlayed on the car with what appears to be MS Paint (appears to be drilled out for mounting)? Flat steel, really wouldn't be that strong without adding a lot of thickness (weight) IMO. Is there clearance issues requiring plate steel? I just might not be seeing the part right, but any chance of doing plate steel mounts with tubing between? Tabs could be welded to the tubing for mounting the oil cooler thermostat.
EDIT: I just looked around some more. Seems that another company also offers racing beat mounting brackets for that brace. They look a lot more involved. I don't see how that part works exactly.

I've heard good things about the RB brace. What I was thinking of doing mounts a bit differently though, and I'm not sure if the sway bar mounts are sturdy enough, so I believe I'll scrap that idea. I was thinking of mounting the thermostat right to the drivers side sway bar mount but it might be in the way of the AC lines there.

I haven't worked on the car a whole lot over the last few days, but did today and a little last night.
Last night I replaced the two couplers on the front brake lines and bled the brakes today, and so far they seem to be holding. WOOHOO!! I just hope they hold for good. And if they hold over the next couple days, I'll take out the towels I'm using to protect the new paint and I'll finish pulling the water injection and other cabling into the engine bay and hook everything up. I'm very excited about that lol.
A few days ago I ordered filter socks and pigtails from Aeromotive and got them last night. Yesterday I ordered the one piece apex seals from Goopy. Today I put the gauge cluster and hood back into place, pulled the airbag module out since I won't need it anymore (I believe that's where I'll mount the circuit breakers for the water injection pump, solenoid, and control box), and I ordered everything I need to remake the oil cooler lines, the other fuel pump I need, all the stuff I need to finish up the fuel tank side of the fuel lines (pressure sensors, check valves, fittings, line, etc), spark plug wire separators, extra circuit breakers, and the fittings and lines to remake the turbo coolant lines. And after talking to Tom Beauchamp, I'm contemplating running the turbo coolant lines to a cooler of some sort before the turbo. Not sure yet though.
Speaking of Tom, I stopped by his shop on the way home from work yesterday to make sure he was modifying the water pump housing in the right places. He said it would be finished Monday, then I can cut off the extra coolant nipple on top and tap and put a set screw in it, and then drop it off for powdercoat.
I also keep forgetting that I want to drop off the throttle body to get powder coated too.
Jesse told me yesterday that he saw on an auto restoration show that they used some kind of foam around the fuel pumps to keep fuel from sloshing and it worked pretty well I guess. I might look into that. It has to be the simplest way. But first I think I'll see if I can modify the filter socks so I can use the HPP in tank surge tank.
Tomorrow I'm hoping to put the rear bins back in so I can finish mounting up the circuit breakers and finish the wiring for the fuel pump wiring. I need to first decide which battery I'm going with though (I have a brand new Yellow Top if anyone needs one). I also have an ABS delete kit from Alex Rodriguez on 7club that I'll probably be selling. Also, I want to clean up the rotors tomorrow and spec them.
