Boost reading is probably a little low, but I think it's due to the wastegate solenoid. Stock pressure should be 15.6 psi at peak, down to 10-11 at redline. The boost gauge needs to be reset as the car is at a higher altitude. The lower atmospheric pressure will cause it to read low until it is reset.
