Definitely will:D

Sorry Moose, I'm such a thread jacker! Was Forge the only one you were looking at? You sound like me, not wanting to mess with factory warranty?

Pretty much... honestly though, it seems most local Mazda dealers don't care too much about mods, BUT, I will be doing some road traveling and the last thing I want is to have a problem in BFE Nebraska or somewhere and have to go to MajorDicks' Mazda and get the runaround. So my intention was to stay rel close to stock for a couple years, aside from the MS CAI and maybe a Access Port. I don't care much for the Forge sound either, but its def a sleeper valve. I was gonna rock one with a picture on the side of my car of Mario hitting the Coin Boxes FTW, ching ching. Actually, the Synapse is probably what I'd go with down the road. Its just annoying to see damn-near the same boost levels in second and third...

I totally understand. Speaking of Synapse...arguments for or against? I don't hear many people on here gripe about HKS, but on the web I've seen some bad reviews- and they say the Synapse is the solution:huh:

Sold my HKS for a Synapse. Better response and no flutter.

Also +1...........Is a fantastic BOV...........very nice piece, highly recommend it.

I went from a TurboSmart Hybrid that would flutter at low boost to the Synapse which eliminated it all and gives remarkable response. Plus I like the low key sound of it.

HKS is fine until you go FMIC. Then it flutters with all of the extra piping, or at least that is my theory as mine worked fine until I put in the FMIC. Synapse works great now that I have an unregulated boost source thanks to Eric.

Thanks for the info bobopud. At this time, I have no plans to go fmic. But I'd rather have the ability to "build up" to it, rather than be SOL if/when the time comes.

I am running an ETS 3.5 TMIC and still was getting a lot of flutter at low boost no matter how soft I set the spring. I too took the advise of Eric and have a trouble free BOV....

Ordered mine from RPM and it was at my door in 3 days......Same experience every time I order from them, I highly recommend them to anybody!

I got rid of my HKS and went Synapse after the FMIC and no more flutter. Love the way it sounds too...check out this video, Brand X sounds EXACTLY like my HKS did after the FMIC install.

LOL, I love the end- Synapse....Brand X....Synapse....

Thanks for the info/link movovr. I think the overwhelming positive response for Synapse warrants the switch:)

Thanks everyone,

-Nate
