I live in Lakewood, but you'll see me driving into denver and up to westy quite a bit.

Congrats! All you need to is a simple AUX Cable to run from the center consul to your ipod. You can only control the ipod itself, you won't be able to use any head unit buttons to change songs or anything. But it does the job.

I believe the dealer offers for a MINIMAL $300 and change, the adapter cable installed that allows you to control the pod from the steering wheel. Or you can always opt for the $3-$5 for the aux cable and control from the pod. Great car, got one just like it!

Thanks everyone. It is very nice and I couldn't be happier. It was funny; my Dad came by to pick up his car at the dealer when I was signing the final papers, and the salesman said to my Dad that he couldn't remember someone being so excited about buying a new car!
About the break-in period, how long should I be taking it easy for? Should I be keeping it around/under 4k rpms? I know about not cruising for long periods...how long should I be doing that for? Sorry, I know I could probably search this kinda stuff!
Peace

I believe that the current recommendation is that no break-in period is required. That always scares the crap out of me, so I take it easy for the first 1000 miles, then change the oil, reset the ECU and drive it like you stole it.
I took a look at the oil after my first oil change and there were a few metal shavings there.

I saw you turning north bound onto Kipling from Florida this morning at 7:45am. I caught up to you and we sat next to each other at the Mississippi light. I tried to get your attention but you were looking at your interior. I launched at the light trying to see if you would see my plates but I don't think you noticed. The car looks awesome and I hope you are very happy with it!
yEP I saw you. I was probably fiddling around with the controls.
But, I just noticed I already have scratches on my rear bumper! I have no idea how it happened... I'm heading down to the dealer during my lunch break to get advice for fixing that specific type of paint. Who knows if they are the best people to ask??
I have scratchx, rubbing compounds, polishing compounds. I'll take pics and post on here before I do anything.

are you sure they weren't there when you bought it, from shipping?
