I spoke to them over the weekend. They are not interested in being a sponsor for our club.

Don't feel bad. I wasn't impressed with their management during my visit there, either. Sales guy was good, managers -- not so much. And the feelings around my office from people who have dealt with them ALL used the word "scumbags" in their description. So them as a sponsor might scare people away more than attract them. What about Dale Spradley Mazda down in Pueblo?

I don't feel bad. After meeting them I don't want to use them anyway.

Glad I'm not the only one. We felt SLIMED after dealing for the CX-9.

Oh well. Their loss.

haha well yes.. lol. but even with car services. I usually go in without my husband knowing most of the time and they have the fastest service. Anytime I have had problems they have been fixed within the hour. I don't believe I have ever had to leave my car with them longer then that. And when Freezing recked the rx 8 we had 3k in damage.. It was done in 2 weeks and the only reason we had to wait that long was because of our insurance company. Burt had the parts ordered and ready to be put on the car before we ever had the inspector out to look at it.

Overall, I am NOT impressed with Bob Penkhus of late. When we bought my 6 and Jen's old MPV, they were great (Motor City), but of late -- not so much. There's one guy at the Powers store I trust, but he isn't in sales any more. He's been put in some "customer interface" job or some such crap.
