People who don't change their own oil and then complain about the bad service they get at oil change places.

Interesting. I always park between cars. As long it looks like the have enough room to get in and are parked straight. Have not had a door ding ever. I really like it when I park in the first or last space next to an island and a nicer car is next to me. That's almost a guarantees no dings.
Some people just do it on purpose though..... park next to you.
That works as long as you're going to be in and out quick, i.e. before either of the cars on the sides of you leave. Otherwise you're risking not only the doors of those two cars but the doors of the next two cars that come and park in those two spots.
Personally, I park as far away as I can, on an end if possible, and always between the lines. Parking all sideways, even if it's really far away and not affecting anyone, is just asking for someone to mess with your car. (Not saying that's what happened here)

People who are so quick to state a rebuttal/opinion, to one person in particular- who they surely disagree with on most every topic:lol:
(politics, religion, cell phones, football, etc. etc.) Well, except tv shows, heh.
** I do conduct my OWN oil changes on personal vehicles. Let the record show (and to appease erod) that this requirement is for a work vehicle. For liability reasons, taxes, etc., I "pay to play".
Moving on...

Haha. I was just messing with you. And we do agree on some things. That Sprint has the best plans and that MS3s are a bitchin' ride.

Nope I park perfectly straight. (It is a pet peeve if things aren't even, including cars in spaces) I think it was a cart. It is low on the quarter panel, where the back driver door closes.

RX7Store?? Could have seen that coming...

It really aggravates me when you obviously take pride in your car, you park it far away from anyone else because you don't want it to get dinged up..and then people will PURPOSEFULLY mess with it! Why??? I'm assuming it's because the know you actually care and will get upset...I swear we are turning into a world of assholes.
The problem is (uncontrollable rant, hang on) that laws actually protects the people doing bad things and not victims...case-and-point is car vandalism. If you catch some in the act of vandalizing your pride n joy, what can you LEGALLY do? Call the cops, which will take them over an hour to respond, so they've already gotten away, take pictures, collect evidence, ATTEMPT to sue the person in civil court and press charges, but it's a multi-month to year + long process. And then, IF (and that's a big IF) you actually get awarded any money from them by the courts, unless they have some kind of insurance that will pay it out, you then have to go back to court again and get a judgement to collect, and then they'll just declare bankruptcy or something and you'll NEVER get your money anyways.
You're not allowed to physically harm them or anything since your life isn't in danger, so like I said, the law is there to protect people who are perpetrating crimes more than the victims if anything, in at least these civil matters. 50 some years ago the law wasn't like this (or enforced as such at least) and if you caught someone messing with your car you kicked their ### and they never did it again.
/rant I got a little crazy there

Emissions testing centers. I HATE them. Incompetent foolz.
Took the jerk off 2-3 times of conducting the test....dumbsh** couldn't handle a manual transmission with so much powah (sarcasm), but seriously. The db couldn't even keep the little arrow on the line-- how F-ing hard is it? Really.
The entire test facility looks like a bunch of unshaven, baggy pant wearing, tabacco chewing/smoking, high school drop outs:mad:

I feel ya! I can't stand that place... did you go to the one by Evans? or the Havana one?
Next time do the rapid-screen thing, you just have to pay attention to doing it enough times 2-3 months before test is due... saves a lot of trouble,

Colorado Blvd./County Line.
I've been to the Havana one before, when I had the A4. The db there put a tear in my (fake) leather seat.
I was planning on driving by those mobile deals, but since I...ahem, never really drive this car (M-F, when they do the side of the road deals) I was never able to pass one.
Which brings me to my second point. Why is it that they have the technology to sniff test your car, when you zing by for .75 seconds, yet when you go to the testing centers-- they plug into your OBII, hang a big hose on your tail pipe, rev the sheet out of your car- take it through the ringer, test your gas cap, etc. etc. to have the same result. Something's wrong with this picture. WTF?
