yea, i would get it checked out. your not over reacting at all. I luckly don't have that issue (knock on wood) but i only have 34K on mine.
and when you get ready to do exhaust, Let me know, so i can be busy that day. lolz.
New member....MS3 and RX8
AP is definitely next after I get my internals. Are you military as well?
I could only imagine how scary fast one could build these MS3's with a giant turbo lol!
I think I'd probably kill myself if I went that route. I've always been a fan of road courses and touge etc. Plus I can already destroy the gf's rx8 in the straight so I need to be able to beat her in the turns too lol.

I am already open in Denver and tend to give Mazda Club folk pretty good deals
Be careful with internals on the fuel pump. Some people have no issues, others are cursed to have bad luck with them. Having installed both internals and the CPE pumps on a few different cars, I would definitely recommend the CPE pump over internals. If you do get the internals go with the "better" track record ones.
EDIT- I have not owned a street driven Mazda for several years, but I do have a few Mazda Race cars and have been on TV...

Where's your shop at?? I've been looking for a shop with someone knowledgable about the rx8's as they seem few and far between.
