Not sure that is correct in CO. Only exemptions I have found are for active LEO's OR a Dealer Broker... BUT the dealer/broker only qualifies because the knife must be in transit to a sale. Best thing to do is check with your local Sheriffs office about it because it is really not something to guess with if you are caught.

Fair enough, although if SHTF, you'd be the person who sold the illegal weapon... pretty sketchy. There's lots of websites that sell them and leave it up to the buyer too
BTW, not trying to knock your sale or anything. Just trying to post some info as selling an auto-knife is a lot like selling an auto-gun. Not saying anything bad would happen, but it is a serious piece of hardware and potential buyers should know that there could be hefty penalties.
